Post wise educational qualification details in ESAF bank are following:
Sales Officer : Degree, Those with or without work experience can participate.
Gold loan officer : Degree+ work experience in the same field.
Telecaller : Degree+ Experience in Handling Cash.
Branch operation officer : Degree+ minimum one year experience in banking sector.
Branch operations Manager :Degree+ Minimum 2 years of experience in banking sector.
Branch In charge :Degree+ minimum 3 years to 7 years of work experience in banking sector.

Post wise educational qualification details in ESAF Micro Finance are following:
Customer Service Executive : +2/ diploma/ degree. Those with or without work experience can participate. The age limit is 30 years (age limit for women is 35 years).
Executive Trainee : MBA/MCOM, Those with or without work experience can participate. The age limit is 30 years (the age limit for women is 35 years. Two-wheeler license is mandatory to apply to ESAF microfinance companies.
