Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has been released an official notification regarding the recruitment on their website. They intend to fill up 46 Vacancies of Project Assistant, Fabrication Assistant, Outfit Assistant, Mooring & Scaffolding Assistant & Semi Skilled Rigger. Those candidates who are willing must attend the walk in interview to be held from15 Feb 2022 to 17 Feb 2022.

Name of the post : Project Assistant (Mechanical/Quality Inspection (Hull/Machinery/Valve & Piping/Painting/Electrical)
Number of vacancies : 14
Age limit : Upto 30 years.
Educational Qualification : Three year Diploma in respective trade with minimum 60% marks
Experience required : Minimum of two years of post qualification experience

Name of the post : Fabrication Assistant (Welder)
Number of vacancies : 06
Age limit : Upto 30 years.
Educational Qualification : Pass in SSLC and ITI – NTC (National Trade Certificate) in the trade of Welder.
Experience required : Minimum of three years post qualification experience / training in the relevant trade.

Name of the post : Outfit Assistant – Fitter (Pipe) – Plumber)
Number of vacancies : 06
Age limit : Upto 30 years.
Educational Qualification : Pass in SSLC and ITI – NTC (National Trade Certificate) in the trade of Fitter Pipe/Plumber.
Experience required : 3 years post qualification experience / training in the relevant trade.

Name of the post : Mooring & Scaffolding Assistant
Number of vacancies : 18
Age limit : Upto 30 years.
Educational Qualification : Pass in SSLC with minimum of three years post qualification experience/training in general structural /mooring/ scaffolding / rigging works.
Experience required : The experience shall be relaxable by one year for ITI (NTC) holders in the trade of Sheet Metal Worker/ Fitter Pipe (Plumber) /Fitter.

Name of the post : Semi Skilled Rigger
Number of vacancies : 02
Age limit : Upto 30 years.
Educational Qualification : Pass in IV Std
Experience required : Minimum of 03 years experience in rigging of which two years experience shall be in rigging of heavy duty machine parts/ ship’s hull / machinery equipment
