2. Enter your Aadhaar number.
3. The OTP will get on the aadhaar card linked registered number.
4. Enter this OTP  to get personal health identification number.
5. When you log in for the first time, you will get a 16-digit personal health identification number and password as a message on your mobile. With this identification number and password, you will be able to make an appointment to the hospitals on the due date and time.

How to make an online appointment?

1. Log in to the portal (https://ehealth.kerala.gov.in portal) using the identity number and password.
2. Click on the new appointment.
3. If it is a referral, please enter the information and select the hospital information and the department.
4. Select date of appointment , then tokens for the day will get.
5. You can take the token in comfortable time.
6. Print out the token or token Details in SMS You’ll get is enough to show it to the hospital.
