Transport Minister Antony Raju said Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will introduce the smart card system, which has been manufactured using PVC PETG. The new smart card driving license is equipped with seven security features, have been developed in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
The security highlights are serial number, UV symbol, guilloche design, microtext, hot stamping visualization, QR code, and optically variable ink, most of which are display in an Aadhaar smart card. 2) Select the option” License Related Service” in Online Services.
3) Select the State of Kerala.
4) Click on the icon Replacement of DL
5) Select the RTO and generate the application.
6) Scan and upload the original license clearly on both sides.
7) Complete the online application by paying the prescribed fee.
