They intend to fill up 261 Vacancies of Senior Ship Draftsman, Junior Technical Assistant, Laboratory Assistant, Store Keeper, junior Commercial Assistant, Welder Cum Fitter, Shipwright Wood, fitter . post wise educational qualification details:

• Senior ship draftsman : Three year Diploma with minimum of 60% of marks. Minimum two years post qualification experience/ training as Ship Draftsman or Draftsman
• Junior Technical Assistant : Three year Diploma from a State Board of Technical Education securing minimum of 60% of marks, Minimum four years post qualification experience relating to works.
• Junior Technical Assistant (ABAP): Bachelor of Computer Applications or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA) OR B.Sc in Electronics or Computer Science OR Three year Diploma
  Minimum four years of post qualification working experience
• Laboratory Assistant : Three year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering, from a State Board of Technical Education securing minimum of 60% of marks. Minimum four years post qualification experience
• Store Keeper : Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management OR Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical). Minimum four years post qualification experience in storekeeping.
• Junior Commercial Assistant : Three year Diploma in Commercial Practice from a State Board of Technical Education securing minimum of 60% of marks. Minimum four years post qualification experience
• Assistant : Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (other than Fine Arts/ Performing Arts) or Science or Commerce or Computer Applications or Business Administration. Minimum four years post qualification experience.
• Welder-Fitter (Welder/ Welder (Gas & Electric), Plumber, Mechanic Motor Vehicle/ Mechanic Diesel, Fitter, Sheet Metal Worker) : Pass in SSLC, ITI (National Trade Certificate) and All India National Trade Test (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in the relevant trade. Minimum five years post qualification experience.
• Fitter (Electrical, Electronics) : Pass in SSLC, ITI (National Trade Certificate) and All India National Trade Test (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in the relevant trade. Minimum five years post qualification experience.
• Shipwright Wood Pass in SSLC, ITI (National Trade Certificate) and All India National Trade Test (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in the relevant trade. Minimum five years post qualification experience.
