by Travancore Devasom board and Kerala government has announced about the launch of new online website, through which pilgrims can book virtual Q & prasadams for hassle free divine experience. The main reason for the virtual queue system is to avoid congestion in Sabarimala, which is directly controlling the virtual queue. 1,20,000 pilgrims can book online in a day. Now you can book the online services such as virtual Q & prasadams through your smartphone, check out below paragraphs for more details.
The Identity documents such as Aadhaar card, voter ID card and passport is required to book a virtual queue. Devotees can directly book for the virtual queue through the website sabarimalaonline.org. Covid certificate is not mandatory this time. There is no need to book via virtual queue for children below five years of age.
Step 1 : Go to the official website (https://sabarimalaonline.org/).
Step 2 : Select the virtual queue option.
Step 3. Select the day and time of the pilgrimage.
Step 4: Now it’s user registration. Those who have registered earlier can book a virtual queue using an email ID or mobile number, entering the password. Photo (less than one MB size) is required for new registration. The registration can be completed by entering the password after entering the name details. After this, the details of the accompanying members are provided.
Step 5. One user can book a virtual queue for up to five people at a time. Please provide the names, mobile numbers and identity proofs of those accompanying them.
Step 6: Click on add to waitlist option and you can see the names can be seen on the right side of the website.
Step 7: To complete the booking by clicking proceed option and then the Confirm option.
Step 8. Download and keep this PDF along with the identity proof of all the pilgrims while going for Sabarimala darshan.
Step 9. If you have to book for more than five pilgrims, you just need to log in again and select the same date and time and provide the mobile number, name and identity proof of the rest.
