Qatar airways has been released an official notification regarding the recruitment on their website. They intend to fill up many Vacancies of Cargo Customer Service Agent. 1.Handling Import and transit documentation, notify consignee of the arrival of freight and collects payment for handling charges.
2.Must handle email communications, reports and feedback effectively, knowledge in cargo operations and customer service requirements, working practices and other related procedures.
3.Should Maintain a data base of customers, communication and documents.
4.Evaluates all documents related to Incoming DG& AVI and Export acceptance.
5.Physical check of each shipment to ensure compliance with weight/dimension/packing/marking/no. of pieces/nature of goods.
6.Prepares notices for all incoming cargo and IRP for the uncollected shipments.
