Centre for Management Development notification – Walk in interview

Centre for Management Development (CMD) has been released an official notification regarding the recruitment on their website. They intend to fill up various Vacancies of Research Associate and Data Collectors in Kerala Gender Park . Those candidates who are willing to apply are required to submit CV along with the application form and required documents on or before February 21, 5 PM.

Name of the post : Research Associate
Educational Qualification :Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences/ Humanities/Social Work/ Development Studies
Salary : Rs. 30,000/- per month
Responsibilities of Research Associate:

• Support preparation of data collection tools
• Support in conducting various stakeholder meetings
• Analyse the implementation status of Kerala State Transgender Policy and Transgender Rights Act (2019)
• Analyse the data gathered and support in preparation of the draft action plan

Name of the post : Data Collector
Educational Qualification : Masters in Development Studies/Gender Studies/Women’s Studies/Rural Development/Social Work/Sociology. Minimum two years’ experience required.
Salary : Rs. 20,000/- per month
Responsibilities of Data Collectors:

•  List out schemes, programmes and projects that are implemented by the state government for the purpose of empowering transgender community.
• List out challenges faced by Transgender individuals in accessing Education, Health, Employment, and Shelter.
•  Collect qualitative information from Government/non-governmental organisations.
• All other data required for the purpose of preparing the draft action plan as and when required.
