Cochin Shipyard Apprentice Recruitment 2022 – Shortlisting

Cochin Shipyard has been released an official notification regarding the recruitment on their website. They intend to fill up 356 Vacancies of Technician & Trade Apprentices. Those candidates who are willing to apply are required to submit online application  on or before 26th October 2022. Educational Qualification :  Pass in X standard, Pass in ITI (National Trade Certificate – NTC) in the concerned trades Electrician/Fitter /Welder /Machinist /Electronic Mechanic /Instrument Mechanic /Draughtsman ( Mechanical ) /Draughtsman ( Civil ) /Painter ( Genl . ) /Mechanic Motor Vehicle /Sheet Metal Worker /Shipwright Wood ( Carpenter ) /Mechanic Diesel /Fitter Pipe ( Plumber ) /Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.

Educational Qualification : Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) in the concerned discipline /Accounting & Taxation /Basic Nursing and Palliative care /Customer Relationship Management /Electrical & Electronic Technology /Food & Restaurant Management

Selection Process :

1.Short-listing of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trades. In case, same percentage of marks is secured by more than one candidate in prescribed qualification, relative merit shall be decided based on seniority in age.

2.Shortlisted candidates shall be intimated through the registered email Id and will have to appear for verification of the following certificates:-

• Print out of online application form (possessing unique registration number) duly signed.
• Original certificates towards proof of age, qualification, caste disability (if any) etc.
• Self-attested copies of all certificates.

How To Apply : Interested candidates who have fulfilled all the eligibility criteria as per given in the official notification are required to submit application by online mode.
