by Kerala Tourism Eco Lodge has been released an official notification regarding the recruitment on their website. They intend to fill up 10 Vacancies of Waiters, Housekeeping Staffs, Kitchen Matty and Cook. Those candidates who are willing to apply are required to submit offline by post on or before 8th December 2022. Post wise educational qualification details:
Waiters :
1 ) . Must have passed pre-degree/10+2.
II ) . Candidates must have passed one year Food & Beverages Service Craft Certificate from The Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala. or
Candidates must have passed one year Diploma in Food & Beverages Service from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under the Ministry of Tourism.
III ) . Minimum 2 years of work experience as waiter/butler captain in hotels with 2 star classification or above
House keeping staff :
I ) SSLC or equivalent qualification.
|| ) Must have passed Craft Certificate Course in Hotel Accommodation Operation from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala
or Candidates should have passed diploma or PG diploma in hotel accommodation operation from institute of hotel management & catering technology under the ministry of tourism.
III) 6 months of work experience in housekeeping in hotels with 2 star classification or above.
Kitten Matty:
I ) SSLC or equivalent qualification
|| ) . One year Food Production Craft Certificate from The Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala
III ) . Minimum 1 year of work experience as a cook assistant cook in hotels with 2 star classification or above.
Cook :
I ) SSLC or equivalent qualification
|| ) . One year of food production from the Food Craft Institute of the Government of Kerala or the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under the Union Ministry of Tourism
Craft Certificate or one year Diploma in Cookery Food Production from Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under the Ministry of Tourism
III) Minimum 2 years of work experience as cook assistant cook in hotels with 2 star classification or above.
