Tesla is looking for drivers for wages ranging from $18 (Rs 1,480) to $48 (Rs 3,950) per hour.
As per the reports from some American websites, the company offers a number of benefits in addition to salary during a three-month test driver job. The company has invited test drivers in cities such as Austin, Denver, Texas, Colorado, Brooklyn and New York. Anyone with a clean driving record, safe driving habits and four years of driving experience can apply for the job.
The test drive is designed to test Tesla’s self-driving technologies. The test will also test a higher version of the self-driving software. Tesla’s upcoming models will be launched based on the information gathered during this test drive. However, the company has not officially announced which Tesla models will have to be driven.”
