The passengers should fill the form before boarding the flight. The government has also been launched Air Suvidha online web portal for passengers arriving in India. If you arrive in India without completing the Air Suvidha self-reporting form which will led to delays in further measures, including health check-ups at the airport.
It is mandatory to have a printout of it. Digitally filled documents are not acceptable. Air Suvidha is a system of the Ministry of Civil Aviation for international passengers arriving in India. It is a self-reporting and exception forum portal for international travelers.
The passengers have to register with Air Suvidha by entering the web portal link “https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration”. Even though it is on the website of The New Delhi Airport, this form is acceptable to all airport passengers in India.

- Fill the required application form and ” Submit”.
- Then the air suvidha reporting form will be get by email.
- Download the form and keep it.
