Here is introducing details of a scheme for expatriates belonging to religious minorities, provided by the State Backward Development Corporation .
Only for expatriates those who have registered with Norka-Roots can apply for this scheme. With this , expatriates will get financial assistance up to 30 lakh with a repayment period of 84 months. Those expatriates who have lost their jobs or returned home after quitting their jobs are eligible to apply for this. This loan scheme should be used to find a Self-employment, which should start in three areas: production, service, and agriculture.
As mentioned above, the applicant of this scheme should be belongs to religious minorities. One such financial assistance has been set up under the State Backward Development Corporation Return Scheme. This includes the persons in the OBC category. Before applying, you need to register in Norka and get a certificate from there. Then the Letters received will be forwarded to the District Sub-District Corporation Offices.
While register with Norka, You should also submit the documents to prove that you have been sent into exile for a minimum of two years . 95% of the amount required to startup will get through this scheme. Balance 5% should find by the applicant itself. The loan is provided with interest rate between 6-8%. The age of applicant should between 18 and 55 years. If the loan amount is repaid on time, the interest rate will be deductible and a subsidy of 15% is available. 5% reduction in interest on total repayment.
